Aquiel Godeau

Aquiel Godeau is an Electrical Engineer at Applied Companies, Valencia, California. As Electrical Engineer, she is responsible for the design of the electrical and control systems, software design, technical document creation, and testing/commissioning of Environmental Control Units and Chiller Systems. She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in electrical engineering with a concentration in power and robotics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

The Finance Zone manages the organization's financial health and stability. The zone is composed of the Treasurer (Zone Lead) and Finance Chair.

Corporate Partnerships:

Building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners to secure sponsorships, donations, and other financial support.

Financial Reporting:

Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports to leadership and members, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Expense Management:

Monitoring and controlling expenses to align with the budget and financial goals.

Compliance:

Ensuring all financial activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as National NSBE's policies and procedures.

Sourcing in-kind donations and sponsorships for events to help reduce event cost
